December energy report
December will bring with it a lively energy that will feel fast and interesting because change is wrapping itself around the roots of this period of time. This will bring a feeling of raised expectation, vitality and the sense of launching into the new world. It is an energy that you can use for the revitalization of a tired mind, body and heart, and to make your movement into the New Year easy. However. it will make demands on your awareness and willingness to be in self-love.
While December offers rejuvenation, it brings a rush of planetary energy that you will need to use judiciously. Excess energy, if not properly harnessed, creates "wired" anxiety: and in order to relieve anxiety many people turn to drama. Drama uses lots of energy :-) The mental energy will feel generally smooth, only becoming jagged if you become snared in anxiety.
To avoid problems and to turn the energy to good effect, focus on creative endeavours. But balance these energy-consuming activities carefully with time to restore yourself through rest, exercise, fresh air, gardening, play and gentleness to the self.
